Air not very cold

Even though our dealer tested the air conditioner at 68 degrees, it takes the air to run for hours before it even come close to cold. I have a 2016 Thor Quantum. Any suggestions? Of course, my dealer has been crappy and we have recently changed dealership and I haven’t had them check yet. . I’ve attached a picture of the unit. It’s located on the center ceiling.

You should have about a 20 degree temperature drop between air intake and air output, have you checked?

Was in South Bend Indiana tennis tournament yesterday 97 degrees and humid. I ran the Air on FULL Cold with generator from 6am till 8pm continuously. Was nice and cool for All players taking breaks during the day.
I do believe if I would had turned off at any point of the day, I would have never been able to cool the coach. Lastly my last coach Minnie Winnie had DUAL PANE WINDOWS and that coach was Never hot. I personally will never purchase a coach without in the future.

....still is amazing till this day how many people think the lower you set your thermostat the colder the air gets coming out.... as in cars. They do not believe it is just an auto switch.
