Allison cooler leak

Hi folks after 15,000 miles noticed a small leak under Allison transmission cooler unit. Appears the plugs that were welded, one is leaking, and also leaking from hose attached to nut on other side of cooler. Lousy workmanship. Any body else experience this?

The line leak is probably the fitting came loose, they use a jam nut style fitting in the cooler which has a o ring under it but try tighten the jam nut the hose side is a flared fitting, the plug in the cooler itself I have never seen a welded plug
