2016 THor 30.2 ACE
We have the exact same model, so I am sure we had the exact same problems. Their is a design issue with rain - water that enters the exhaust port and water gets on the circuit board, shutting down your furnace. I had a local RV shop that was familiar with the Atwood Furnace issue and they fabricated as small diverter that keeps the water off the circuit board. The best way to tell is this is what created your problem, take it for a nice drive when it is not raining, so it dries out the water on the circuit board. If it fires up, then you need to have an RV Shop fabricate a little diverter so that the rain entering in the exhaust port does not run down on the circuit board.
Here are some other issues that I had with our 30.2 ACE. Be sure that the inside of your shower is caulked so that water does not leak out all over the floor. Be sure that the rubber grommet that seals the wire to the backup camera is in place. Otherwise, rain will run in the hole and inside the back wall of your coach. Be sure to check the "Mud Room" (the little compartment to the right as you walk in the coach) Mine had a gap along the top over an inch wide and when traveling in the rain, road water splashed up and made everything wet in that compartment. Some caulk & great stuff solved that problem. While at it check all of the other compartments for similar challenges.
Again, Happy Camping !
