Amazon pics indicate cut and splice. Do you have a link for Direct Electronics?
Here’s the Amazon LED wiring...

I could not find these plug and play lights. Do you have a link?

I cannot find a plug on my coach and I am okay with the cut and splice from Amazon.

As it says above...
- high is for stop or turn signal
- low is for running lights

Everyone doing this mod...

- take photos of the back of the Thor light you are removing so you don’t mess up the wiring

That is some pretty serious delamination. Does the water enter through the light fixture and then wick up the wall or does the water enter somewhere up high and then trickle down? Are you going to try to repair the delamination of just replace the light fixtures?

My question is for Yvonnermarc. Do you have a link for the plug and play Direct Electronics LED Tail Lights?

I assume the water wicked up the wall from the tail lights, as the roof seams look fine. Not repairing the delam, just sealed up the wood behind the lights, and replaced them.

Colors can vary coach to coach so test your own wires. This is my 2019 Thor ACE 29.3 versus Amazon PartSam taillight.

White = ground = PartSam is white.
Red = reverse = PartSam is blue.
Green = brake & turn signal = PartSam is green & yellow (2 wires).
Black = tail lights = PartSam is black/yellow stripe & brown/green stripe (2 wires).

Thanks,. after seeing this i removed my LED tail lights in a new 2021 ACE 30.4. The surfaces were wet, but no rotting. I have sealed with a little clear silicone, between the light, gasket, and RV skin. I hope this preventative maintenance can prevent rotting of the wood around the cutout. While i was looking, i sprayed a little Flex Seal on all the bolts below RV and gnd studs, they were starting to rust.....

I cannot find a plug on my coach and I am okay with the cut and splice from Amazon.
I had to call for the LEDs. I believe they were around $70 each. But direct plug-ins.

Yes
The CommandElectronics rear tail light product is not on the website
I think they don’t have much inventory, if any

Also, the Command product is twice the cost as the Amazon product.

Either way...Thor didn’t set these lights up to be plug & play
You’ll need to splice whether you get the Command product or the Amazon product
At least that’s what I found on my Vegas.

You won’t have to splice the Command product I have them on mine. They are already wired to the correct plug. They are the OEM for the Thor tail lights. They have plenty of LED tail lights as mine shipped next day.
Note the plug on the LED.

PartSam Leds on Amazon are offered in "smoked" or dark lens. Personal preference, but I like the dark lens over the red.

Yes, but...
$80 each at Command vs $80 for a 2pk “knock-off” on Amazon??

I’ll spend my $80 saved on eighty $1 items at Dollar Tree

If the $ is an issue I’d certainly advise the knock-offs. I try to avoid “hacks” whenever possible. So the $ wasn’t a detractor for me.
