Antenna for Palazzo

Anyone know the brand of batwing antenna on top of the 2015 Palazzo? Think I need to visit website. The crank fell out in my hand & I can't get it down. Someone said I need a set screw but can't find one. Can I get the antenna down manually-don't really need to see TV-so many more beautiful things to see

The antenna in my 2014 Palazzo 33.2 is a Winegard Sensar III. The setscrew for the handle is shown in the user's manual, but it's size is not called out in the drawing, however an 800 phone number is listed. Call 800-288-8094 and explain your dilemma. They may be able to point you in the right direction. If it were me in your shoes, I might be inclined to take the handle to an ACE hardware store and ask for help in finding the correct setscrew.
