With a saddened heart - wet winterized

With a very heavy heart I had to wet winterize the coach yesterday. Took about 2 hours to do the complete coach to include washer and ice maker.

One important lesson learned, with the Nautilus P3 system you have to reverse the coned screen on the wet bay water inlet or the system will not suck in the antifreeze. I knew this but forgot to make a note on my procedures last year. This issue wasted about 30 minutes of time.

Also, this year I decided to use a hand pump and pump a little antifreeze into the black tank. flush. First time I've done this in the 12 years I've had a BTF on a coach.

After tying up some issues with the sticks and bricks and appointment with the cardiologist in February we will be heading south to the Park Model we purchased outside Myrtle Beach.

Winter is also the time I get all the major service done. Jan 5 it goes to the dealer for some no parts required warranty repair, gen service and annual roof inspection. On the way home from that I’ll go by the Freightliner dealer for the annual chassis service.
