Need new batteries

I have a Thor Hurricane 2016 with original batteries, The cab battery is 1 and a half years old. I have let the coach set for way to long as were not traveling with all this craziness … I try to start it once a month to charge batteries and run the generator for an hour. house batteries are always dead .. now the coach battery is dead.

What is the standard best battery I need to replace these. One other thing jumped off the cab battery and started rv , now the steps don't come in. went back a week later and all batters were dead. Do I have problem or just need new batteries

The steps are just a symptom of the condition of your batteries.
Since you need to replace them: why not upgrade to an AGM type of battery? Much less maintenance, and they'll last longer too!
The brand isn't really all that important. Just buy what you'd put in your car, and you can't go wrong.

“House batteries are always dead... Not a good thing for flooded lead acid batteries. Each time shortens the life.
Need to do something different going forward.
Insure use/store is in Store if not using the rig / not plugged in...
Some (many?) people report use store is not a complete disconnect - consider a cutoff switch at batteries.

Chassis battery is ‘normal vehicle battery rated for CCA - cold cranking amps.
Coach battery is deep cycle - still not meant to be drawn all the way down.
