Any other Thor Owners Experience This

Our nearly new 2017 Thor Challenger 37TB purchased last Friday . 5,040 miles still smells New!
On I-40W near Lebanon TN and I heard a noise, looked in the mirror and see what I thought was the battery compartment door flapping in the breeze. I pull off at the exit I was approching, and into Home Depot, get out look and find the Battery Compartment Door Skin peeled back from front to back, and only held in place by the latch flange.
If you have had this happen, email me with date, time of incident, your name, and model # of your RV.
I'm compiling information for a report to the National Transportation Safety Board, as outlined in Thor Motorcoach Owners Manual.Click image for larger version

Have you contacted your dealer and/or Thor about this?

I agree. You should see what they have to say about this first...
Good luck!

Yep! Thor says your Warranty has expired, contact your Dealer to determine what/if Thor will do. Italked to the Service Manager of the dealership where I purchased it. The Skins/Panels are attached to the frame with Double Stick Tape, and a Thin Bead of Adhesive, no mechanical fasteners to be found other than to secure the latch to the frame, which is what held it in place. He says this is pretty much the Industry Standard.
I found 3 other's in a matter of a couple of hours that experienced the same type of incident.
Something is Flawed in the Process at Thor, and it needs to be addressed not only for the the Owners who spends a lot of money on their products, but to the Motoring Public that use the Highways around them. Imagine the Carnage if one of these panels completely detached and struck a Motorcycle, or worse yet a Motorcyclist ! !
If it take a NTSB RECALL, OR A CLASS ACTION SUIT , SO BE IT !
