Anyone know what this is hanging down?

I was installing some new front shocks and noticed this strap hanging down. Could not see much of it from under and in the wheel well, so removed the doghouse today and took a couple of pics. I tried to see where it terminated at each end, but could not quite see. It appeared to be some kind of ground strap(WAG on my part), but I have not seen one that thin before, so thought I would put it out to the group for a whatizit.
The pics are looking at the rear right side of eng. toward the right wheel well.

If it is a ground strap- tinned braided copper, then it may be an engine to chassis ground installed by Thor. It doesn't need to be that heavy. The largest positive conductor I have seen is #2 gauge.

Thanks. It kinda looked that way as best I could see. It runs ok, so I wasn't going to mess with it, but had to know a little more about it. When I first got the Vegas, I used over 100 tie wraps under the chassis and hood behind headlights etc., so I am always on the lookout for any hanging cables etc.
