Aria 3601 wet bay

So I have only tried once to turn level to city water when hooked up and it flooded. The dealer told me to just leave it alone all the time and it will be fine. I have had the rig for 5 years now and still feel like I am doing something wrong and not getting the full use of how to work it. Anyone had any problems or fixes for the 2018 Aria 3601 wet bay hookups?

The only time I had issue was if the 12 volt water pump was on while hooked to city water.

Where did the flood water come from? A little more info would help us help you. The Anderson Kan't Leak valves have been known to fail on occasion. They have parts that can be replaced. Also the one in our 18 was mostly plastic and a replacement valve is available that is all metal.
