CM detector is chirping periodically. It is 7 years old. Replace?

If 7 years old it time to replace the detector.
Also check your coach batteries, low batteries will also cause the detector to chirp. If the batteries are also 7 years old they need replaced as well.
Spraying air fresheners, hair spray or other aerosol items in the coach or near the detector also will cause it to chirp.
And believe it or not if Fido lays near the detector & breaks wind that will also set it off.

Thanks. Batteries good. I’m replacing the detector asap. Probably will purchase a plug in model to get home.
