atwood furnace no fan on startup

I have searched and read 8 full forums and checked everything.

thermostat function normal, fan works on jumper, sail switch normal, over heat sensor normal, reset led flashes and goes out, power at all proper points,
what am i missing? is the board shot? what can I test on the board to confirm it is the board?
is there a hidden reset switch some where?

getting ready for a 7 week trek, furnace worked great two weeks ago when I tested it.

Maybe this link can help you troubleshoot....

http://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/hflamefurn04.pdf

LED Green ON...all good
LED GREEN OFF----Limit switch, Sail switch or 5A fuse on board
LED RED ...gas valve open

You can try to apply 12V directly to blower to make sure it turns. You can also confirm that you have 12V coming from the board to the blower.
