Shower floor

I looked under my shower and found the shower is floating in the air. It’s not touching the plywood. The styrofoam that is glued to the shower is also suspended. Is this right? I was thinking of putting some shims or something.
What do youal think.

Odd you should post this. I just walked into the house after adding some plywood bracing to my shower. I could tell by standing in the shower it had a brace running down the middle. I added some plywood and and now it’s super solid.
