AV615 - Reversed Image on Backup Camera

I currently have an Axxera AV615BMH in my 2017 Thor Synergy. After pulling the unit from the console and ensuring all of the connections were secure (fixing another problem) and reinstalling the unit back into the console, I found that the view from my backup camera is reversed/mirrored/flipped. I have tried fixing the problem using the settings button, the mode button, and the reverse camera button with no luck. I have also tried contacting Axxera, but there shop is closed due to the virus. Has anyone else had this problem and corrected the view. Any help would be appreciated.

WOW, that is strange. I assume it was working correctly before you removed the unit?

I recall ours had the option to flip it from either the Settings, or Preferences menu. Sorry I can't run to the rig to check since it's in storage.

It was running correctly before I pulled out the unit and checked the wires

Thanks. I checked the settings and menu button, but there are no options for reversing the image.

Are there "normal" and "reversed" camera inputs on the back of the unit, and the camera is maybe plugged into the wrong one?

Good thought, but video doesn't work that way. There has to be a setting on the radio he is missing. It was probably reset to factory results when he removed all power (including memory power) from the radio. Unfortunately Axxera only has a Quick Start Guide online for that radio, not a true manual. Has the OP tried calling Axxera?

I believe, not wholeheartedly, there is a reverse camera view switch on the camera control box, which is seperate from the radio head. It's a cure if you can't find the axxera internal setting.
Change the external setting and call it a day.

You may be correct as you may need a way to adjust each of the 3 cameras separately.

OK, I took a look for you and the control box has a 'nor Mir' switch for each camera. Normal/mirror.
Set the switch on the control box to make your backup camera work correctly.

Why not just put the rear camera on the front then everyone will be driving out of your way forever. :-)

Do you have one of these switcher boxes?
The black slide switches are Normal/Mirror settings for each camera input.
I believe they should all be set to Normal. If the one for the rear camera got pushed the wrong way, it might explain your problem.
