Awning end cap

We have a carefree travel r awning on our Palazzo. The end cap on the right side of the awning ( right is as your looking out the door of the MH) has striped out and the roller then detached from the arms. Does anyone know if I can just buy the end cap or must I buy the assembly as it goes into the head of the arm

Well if your Travel'r is like mine, then it sounds like the idler end is the problem. There is an idler assembly and the plastic caps shown on the diagram; refer numbers to the parts/price list. See link attached.

Also adding pictures of the idler end of my Travel'r awning, which I did some lube maintenance on, after reading about issues on these awnings (maybe even on this forum) somewhere.
