2 questions. Have you ever seen a real owner's manual for that RV, or any other for that matter? If so why would you want one unless you need it to put under a table leg to level the table?
But seriously, an RV owner's manual is generic in nature and covers several models, or maybe no model at all. It's full of "may have, could have, if installed, optional equipment", etc. If you really wanted something, you could get an owner's manual that was close in model year, or maybe even model type and get the same info. Probably could get a Winnebago or Forrest River manual for the same info too.
Better option is owner's and installation manuals for the various appliances. IF you got a build sheet it will show specifically what you have. Water hump, water heater, fridge, etc. If not, spend some time looking at actual appliances/parts to get the info. Go online and look up, download and save those to a computer file. Or waste paper and print.
