Awning issue

Just had our coach out for the first time. Awning was out and a little shower went by and the awning seemed to “catch” some water. I read that one should make sure “the awning is at an angle” to let water run off. I can’t seem to find how to do that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The angle of the awning is adjustable. Look for the holes on the front and back support arms.

Adjusting depends on make of your awning.
CareFree has a button on each arm with a series of holes, they can be adjusted to no more than 3 holes difference in order to roll up properly. Once adjusted to your liking they can be left & rolled up.
On Dometics they have a knob to loosen on each arm, adjust then tighten knob back.
