Smile Auto Leveling System on Redwood

I love the leveling system on our 2012 Redwood, but it leaves the coach a little low in the front. I met someone in a park that said they had seen a set of instructions that lead you through a process to correct level on the control panel. Does anyone have that set of instructions? I would like to be able to tweek level on my unit.

This is from the website:

ZERO SETTING THE CONTROL
NOTE: Middle stabilizers are not used in this process. 1. Turn “ON/OFF” button “OFF”
2. Push “FRONT” button 10 times,
3. Push “REAR” button 10 times
FIG. 5
4. Control will flash and beep, LCD says “ZERO POINT CALIBRATE”
5. Manually operate the jacks to attain unit level condition (use carpenter’s level). 6. To memorize this level condition , press “ENTER”
7. LCDsays“ZEROPOINTSTABILITYSUCCESSFULLYSET”
8. The control will then turn off.
9. Turn “ON/OFF” on to commence operation.

Question Levelling Thor 29M

Our Thor Hurricane 29M has the 90% slide and once it it out the unit goes out of level. Then you have to bring the slide in and try and correct again. Tried driving the drivers side up on blocks than extended landing gear. same thing still tilts to the left. can I manually adjust the landing gear to correct ?

Thank you for your feedback !

Don't think you'll get a response from either of these folks, that post is 7 1/2 years old.
But I think you could manually level the coach with that side on the high side then recalibrate the system, hopefully that takes care of your issue.

Don't bring the slide in to relevel. Level, move the slides out, relevel, reset zero.
