Awning not opening

Hi Folks - Have a Thor 2018 Hurricane 29M ... Awning switch by door has no power ; using Remote results in a click sound in the breaker box but no joy in deploying the awning ; checked 15 amp fuse looked good; checked 2 amp fuse behind switch by door looked good;

The awning motor should always have 12 volts DC, or the auto retract would not work. If it does not, check the Rapid Camp circuit board. The circuit board is behind the Power Center. It is really easy for the wire's spade ends to be dislodged from the hold down screws on the circuit board.

Thank you for the heads up on the panel .. is this located behind the circuit breaker panel ? Wish we had a wiring schematic showing each appliance and main junction points !

Common mistake: Check that it has not retracted in the "opposite position". Example...if you extend the awning and, once it has fully extended, continue to hold the switch...it will roll up over it self and retract. Sounds crazy but I and a few others have done this. I just hit the wrong button to retract and didn't realize it. The motor doesn't stop at the fully retracted position. Try pushing the retract button and see if it extends.

Attached is a picture of under my coach's bed. the Rapid Camp module is the circuit board shown hanging from the bed frame wall.

Reset your power and battery switch .

Thank you. I have tried the battery disconnect and In use switch No joy. How does one reset the power ?
I do believe I have a battery problem. I not at my RV right now due to covid but hope to get back there in next two weeks and check it out. Thank you all for your insights.
By the way Thor is great at their website you can download all the schematics for your unit.

Unplug from power for a minute and cut off your battery switch.
