Awning won't retract
Does anyone know how to retract an automatic awning on a 2019 Thor 25.2 manually? Our icon disappeared and it won't come up.Help please!!!

You should have a switch near the entry door to extend and retract the awning besides being able to use an app or a touch display. Have you not tried to retract it with the switch?

Did you do a reset to see if the icon comes back?

Finally came back up after many resets and power on and off a few times.I hate this computer system ,you can't depend on it.Rving was much easier with switches!!!!

You have a switch. I have not seen a coach without a switch.... even with the touch panel. It is almost always near the entry door / steps.

I have a FireFly panel that controls everything but there are also switches for the awning, fans, etc.
