AXERRA AVM211NAV - not connecting

Our AXERRA AVM111NAV stopped working and was pixelating while we were driving. It was replaced under warranty with a newer model but now we cannot connect more than 1 phone, the Bluetooth Radio and Sirius XM won’t connect either. The Owner’s Manual is of no help at all, it doesn’t tell you how to add additional phones nor does it tell you what to do if you have no radio/satellite connection. Anyone have the same issues?

Our unit was upgraded too. They won't install the actual Sirius XM hardware so if you want that you will need to get the hardware. It is only Sirius ready at this point.

Your local Best Buy might have it. Around fifty bucks IIRC.

Although you can setup/pair multiple phones only one will connect at any one time. To setup multiple phones they must be paired individually. Not sure about your particular model radio but most will allow you to set the primary so if more than one paired device is detected the primary is the one connected and used for calls, phone book etc...
