Axis 24.1 furnace cover warping

Just curious if anyone else has had this. It was replaced twice under warranty but it continues to warp any time we visit a humid climate. Now I'm out of warranty and Thor's only suggestion is to buy another one (which will probably warp and break).

Use hotglue/epoxy putty to attach an interior perimeter made from the small aluminum angle your find at hardware stores in that upright bin.
