Axis airconditioner will not work

Have 2017 Axis, air conditioner will not turn on. Checked the breaker, OK. I suspect the thermostat because I can't get the fan to run on it's own. any other ideas to look for before I have to go through the warranty process at CW?

You might want to pull the thermostat and check for loose wiring. Wire nuts are used for connecting and they sometimes get loose.

This is weird, but I watched a mobile tech repairing an RV A/C in a campground, and when he removed the cover on the outside, a huge wasp nest was keeping the fan from turning. When he sprayed and removed it, the A/C worked!
Sometimes things we think are complicated are really simple! Then again, sometimes when we think things are simple they are really complicated!

Do you have 12 VDC? That's the control power for the thermostat.
