Axis Tow Strap

Hi All,

I was looking under the front end of my 2015 Thor Axis just to see where I could hook a tow strap in the event that I ever became stuck in mud or something else. The frame rails were so much higher than the fiberglass fascia that It looked like the strap would most certainly damage the fiberglass once tension was applied to the strap. So my question is has anyone been pulled out of a situation like that? Where did they attach the strap?

Paul

I bought an axle strap for my Thor Ace 30.1. Looking at the front it is higher in the middle and should clear the coach body.

Yes I see the Ace has the raised area in the center of the front end. No such luck on my Axis. I would like to be able to get to the frame rails, but they are so much higher than the front end fiberglass I don't think it is going to be possible.
