Axis/Vegas 12v accessories

We have a Axis 24.1 and none of the lights/switches/accessories work on 12v power. It is my understanding that I should be able to use lights, awnings, pumps and slides with the 12v power.

As a note: The accessories listed above work correctly while the generator is running or plugged into shore power.

The “use/store” switch is in the USE position and batteries are both at 12v.

Thoughts?

The use/store switch actuates a solenoid. Maybe the contacts on the solenoid are bad. Can you hear it clicking when you turn the switch on, although that only means the solenoid armature is moving and it doesn't mean the contacts are ok. I don't know where it is as my 2021 Axis has a direct acting rotary battery switch. Maybe others can advise.

Thanks for the reply David. Yes, I can hear the solenoid engage when I turn to “use”. I checked all the fuses in the hallway and next is to check in the storage compartment below drivers seat area. Any other fuse locations?

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?
It appears your Converter is powering the DC buss but not the house batteries.
Unplug from SP and starting at the house batteries check for 12.6+ VDC from the house batteries;
Through the 50 Amp DC breaker near the batteries:
To both sides of the (USE/STORE) latching relay (NOT the switch)
To the reverse polarity fuses on the Converter.

The place you lose the 12.6+ VDC voltage is where the problem is.

Mine has 2 breakers. One is back in the house battery compartment. The other is under the hood in the engine compartment. Check both of them prior to your multimeter hunt.
