Question Axxera AV615BHM INOP

So my dash display, radio, av, back up camera were functioning fine on the last trip. Went to get it out of storage, not working at all. The little light in the top left corner shows a light making it look like it has power. I tried resetting. first with a ballpoint pen (just the refill), then with a longer very small allen wrench. Nothing. Took it to Camping World. The said it needed a new receiver and that part is no longer made. Not sure their trouble shooting was very good based on other pieces of their maintenance. Sent an email to Axxera, awaiting reply.
Any other ideas. Checked circuit breakers and fuse (by the bed). Not sure how to remove it from panel. Anyone else have to replace theirs?
Thanks, Greg

That's an $80 radio NEW.
find one you like, pay $100 at an install place and get a 10 inch screen, android, 100 rv relatable apps and Google maps and Google earth.

The radio you have isn't worth a second consideration.

Thanks.....so what did you replace it with?

Thanks. I haven't been impressed. Before I got it from the dealer, they had to replace it. And we haven't used it that many times or mile. From your description, seems like the panel would have to be replaced (and would it fit?) AND all the harnesses, speakercli is,cameras, etc, right,
Have to look for the right installer, which isn't Camping World.

I have an
Eonon 10.1" screen android 9.0
It also cured the turnsignal lag and added a camera function.
I couldn't get echo to install but all my other apps work.

I think they're $250ish.

There should be an in-line fuse off the battery and one on the back of the unit. But the $5 combined cost of those two fuses far exceeds the value of that crappy receiver. [emoji23].
Buy something reputable.
