Axxera radio/back up camera - loose connection?

We have a 2017 Thor Chateau 26B. Recently we had 2 matching house batteries installed under the steps to increase our power time when off the grid.

Our radio is somehow tied into the house batteries, the battery storage switch must be on to use the radio/back up camera. We appear to have a loose wire??

The radio shows it has power, but the screen goes black, the radio stops working and the back up camera of course too....it has come back on a couple timss for a short intervals...but then craps out and send only distortion.

Could this be a wire that was connected to the house battery? The power buttons do light up, but that is it...or do you think the radio needs to be repaired/replaced?

Check for loose wires at back of radio. Ours lost cameras and was loose cable to back of head unit

Also try a reset on the Axxera first. There should be a small hole/button on the front face.
