2 blue tip wires under dash near gas peddle

When getting out of the cab of my 2019 Thor chateau 23u there where 2 blue tip/cap wires hanging loose. Vehicle runs fine have not found any issues. Anyone know what the go to

The two "blue tips" are insulated butt connectors or just plain wire connectors. They are insulated so either the person was using them to isolate the two wires from shorting to each other or ground or they were in the midst of installing or repairing and never completed said job. So if you can, check for voltage to each other and ground in various scenarios i.e. ignition "on", "acc" , "off" and even with house/chassis disconnects on and off.
That may help and then tag it somehow for future reference. Other then that, I do not know...

Probably vibrated loose when you were driving. An RV underway is like a rolling earthquake. If it's not glued/bolted/zip tied down, any loose objects will relocate themselves.
