Blue dash lights

I can’t get these lights turned off when pushing buttons and am getting AC when I don’t need. Anybody had similar problem?

We had a similar problem when we first picked up our Axis. The lights wouldn't switch off when we pushed them. It looked like the control unit with the buttons and the switches wasn't centered in the opening and the buttons were hitting the surrounding portion of the dash.

Since it was still under warranty, we took it back to the dealer and they replaced the whole module.

Yes, I have the same issue. What is happening is the holes in the "Thor" Dash panel do not have enough clearance for the button to allow it to function correctly. If you depress the button you can feel the resistance caused by the plastic dash panel. I can get them to turn off by pushing down on the trim piece just below the buttons to relieve the pressure. I plan on removing the heater control unit and reaming out the dash holes a little to give them the clearance they need, just haven't got to it yet.

Oh, and if you need to order a new one and are out of warranty, you should check out https://www.comfortairgr.com/. I needed a rather bizarre RV cab HVAC part and they were the only ones to carry it.

I think Thor told me to call them. They indicated they could help me out in the search for my part.

Well thanks this was issue-saw buttons hanging up on plastic so I’ll do same as you and pull panel and fix clearance.
HAPPY TRAILS

The position of the switch on right appears to be set to "defrost". I'm pretty sure that whenever the defrost is used the AC comes on because that's part of how the defrost works.... I think
