Cold water won't work
HELP! my cold water isn't working. Hot water works fine. It has to be a clog on the inside. But wait. If I use the holding tank it works fine. Its only when I use city water.
Its not...
The water filter
The hose
Or the faucets
It is only the cold water including the toilet.
How do I clear the line? Where do I begin?

Start with the more obvious stuff. Things like diverter valves used when filling the freshwater tank from city connection. This sounds like a valve positions issue more than a line clog... Track down each and every valve in your plumbing and make sure it is set correctly.

I've checked the valves. Turned them off and on. Still barely a drizzle of cold water

So... with city water disconnected, your water pump works fine? It pumps BOTH hot and cold water to each faucet and cold to the toilet? And the pressure is also fine that way?
You didn't specify if you have a diverter valve you switch when using city vs tank water... it would be labeled something like city/tank fill.

Yes, I disconnected the city water. When using the pump both hot and cold water work. If there is a diverter I don't know where it is and I've never used it before.
I googled the problem (of course 😅 first and people talk about their line being clogged. But not how to clear it 😕

Since your city water line is connected directly to your coach's cold water line, if the line was plugged, you would not have any cold or hot water (IMHO).

Yes, which is why I think the clog must be inside in the cold water line. Because it does not work in the kitchen, bathroom sink, toilet or shower.

Is your city water connection on a slide-out?

Take a picture of the valve system the hose is attached too. There are valve systems that are failing.

Remove the cushion on your left (rearmost) dinette seat. There is a plywood panel under it... remove the screws holding it in place. You will see a flexible water hose that's connected to your city water inlet on the outside slide wall. Make sure that flexible hose hasn't become pinched or kinked. While you're in there, inspect for any leaks.

There should be a small metal screen where your hose is connected to your rig. Check that to make sure it’s not plugged with crud.

I think Geronimo73 has it right. Where you screw in the white hose going to city water on the RV -- look inside where you screw in the hose on the side of the RV. You should see a rubber washer with a screen.
When you tighten the hose connection, that screen will push in on a check valve allowing water from the hose to flow into the RV's plumbing. That washer/screen is there so that when you use the fresh water tank and water pump, you don't go blowing the water out the hose connection. With no hose connected the screen will not be opening the check valve. The closed check valve ensures water does not flow out the connection when the water pump pressurizes the system.
If the washer/screen is missing, the system will work fine using the pump and fresh water tank. Connecting city water without the washer/screen in the RV connection will not work since water can't get into the plumbing because the check valve is closed.
