Question 2015 Thor Miramar 34.2

Bought this rig second hand in July of 2019, have had many issues with the slide since the purchase. On the first trip we went to leave and the slide would not come in. Called Coach Net and they send a mobile tech. He diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. Told us it needed a new 25 amp fuse and that he replace it, slide came in and we were on our way. At our first stop the slide would not go out, discovered the fuse he had installed was a 7.5 amp and the fuse box called for a 30 amp. Replaced the fuse and the slide went out however the motor in the front of the rig sounded odd to us and the slide was not going out evenly. We investigated further and could see that the front motor was being twisted and pinched. Eventually it stopped working on the next few attempts to retract or extend the slide. Further investigation revealed that the motor was not seated into the mechanism properly and it was not engaging the shaft to properly move the slide. We took it back to the location we purchased it from and under the extended warranty the motor was replaced. Even though we questioned why this happened no one could tell us and they just kept ensuring us it was a motor issue. Left on another trip in November of this year and the slide was working, got half way to Texas from Florida and similar issues stared to arise. Once in Texas the front motor has done the same thing but is not engaging at all and being alone with the rig I could not get the slide out in. After several days a crew was located to come and manually push the front of the slide in while the motor brought in the back side. The motor is again stripped out and not seated into the mechanism to turn the shaft. Has anyone else seen this issue? Im told by several techs that this is an extremely poor design on this particular motor home as the entire drivers side wall is one huge slide and that this schwintek system is not capable of handling a slide that is @30 ft long. One tech mentioned a recall on this system but I can not find anything about that. Please help
