Angry Batteries charging at only 13V, converter putting out 14.4V

I'm running the generator to charge my batteries. However, I'm getting 14.4V at the converter (as expected) and only ~13V at the batteries.

Seeing the 13V-reading both on the battery monitor and the terminals in the battery bay. Charging also shows only 10-15A, which seems low. The leads from the converter are showing 20+A.

Any low-hanging fruit for troubleshooting?

Realize that the converter is not just charging the batteries, it's also supplying the current DC loads.

If the converter is putting out 14.4 VDC but the batteries are only at 13 VDC you are dropping voltage across a high resistance connection. Check the battery terminals, 50 amp (DC breaker (maybe trip and reset it) and the USE/STORE latching relay - maybe switch to STPRE and then back to USE.

Check the BCC

Again, your problem may be centered on your BCC...
The converter charging circuit goes into the BCC through the "House Panel" terminal and a 50A re-settable breaker. In addition to the Coach batteries, this is where the Chassis battery gets a charge from the converter. (Interconnect relay driver)

When the generator is turned "off" do any House DC items still work? (lights, FW pump,...)

If you don't find anything else, check your batteries, one could have a weak cell

My batteries, according to the digital readout at the steps, stays on 13.6-7 and never have had any issues. Each cell in a battery, whether 6V or 12V carries 2.12 volts per cell at full charge, so a tad over 13 is normal. Batteries at 14+V would be overcharged and could case gassing.
