Multi meter

I've had 3 different MH's over the years and at some point and time I've had a similar issue. One time it was the storage switch switch and one time it was a lose wire connector (wire nut). I found 1 issue was when I was on shore power using a 15 amp converter. It apparently wasn't enough to have my home type refrigerator (which you can't turn off, only unplug) and keep the batteries up. It burnt out a fuse in my inverter. I put in a 30 amp system and haven't had a problem since.

Thom.. you have a lot of correct advice here but you should let the warranty deal with it first. Yes, I know it can be a PITA but it can save you if having a look about causes a bigger problem.

dokrob.. I have owned 5 auto repair facilities and been in mechanics for 53 years. There is no such battery that has only a 18 month battery warranty from a manufacturer.
