Help No power to coach batteries full

When plugged into shore power or generator all works.
Example..lights on in coach connected to shore power when shore power unplugged 12v lights go out.
My brother has an integra vision 31v year 2019

Sounds like the coach batteries have not connected to the system. Check the operation of the Use/Store switch and relay.

Unknown what relay you refer to. Could be the Emergency Start relay.

No such thing.

Without knowing how the Entegra is wired we can only go by general RV information.

Unknown what this switch is... maybe you mean the inverter transfer switch? Then "no".
Coach batteries connect to the system thru the Use/Store relay or whatever their system uses or calls it. Mine is "Coach Battery Disconnect Switch"
As long as AC power is present and the converter is on and working, there will be 12V present... Take away the AC and the batteries are not connected (or in working order) then the 12V lights will go out.
Plain and simple.

Also, have the DC fuses been checked?

I see the large cable facing us says "BATT" behind it. What does the other large cable say behind it?

That looks like a latching relay with extra electronics connected to it.

Does the "BATT" cable go directly to the positive battery terminal?

There is no relay in any converter I have ever had in my many RVs.

There are two large (30 or 40 amp) "Reverse Polarity" fuses between the DC buss and the converter's output to the battery. Have those been checked?

When I say AC, I mean the shore power....

Well you can check to see if the converter is bad. Hook a battery charger to your house batteries without shore power. If the lights come on your converter is bad. Happened in a 5th wheel a few years back.

Hi thx all rv tech guy in California..fixed self reset circuit breaker near battery..here is the fix
