BMPRO RVMaster problems
I cannot turn the control panel on to access the RV's control functions. Very disconcerting when you can't use the coach! Anyone else have this problem?

Is the battery disconnect switch on? Are the house batteries dead? Measure the house battery's terminal voltage. If low, start the chassis engine and see if the chassis alternator will bring the voltage up on the house system and power up the BMPro.

Turn the use store off on and it will reset.
If still problem have thor send you a new touch screen.
Easy to plug in.
There is a new software update.
Try your phone connection

Hello - what is "use store off on" - we have this same problem and need to reset but don't have anything that resembles this - ??

You just need to turn off all 12v power and the bmpro will cycle off and power on
I use the use store button near the door

It's also called the "battery disconnect switch"... because that's exactly what it does. Usually, but not always, it's a fairly large rotary type switch in or near the stairwell into your coach. Turning it to OFF will disconnect your 12 volt house batteries.
CAVEAT... if you are connected to shore power, you MAY still be getting 12 volts through the converter. Just to be sure, unplug your shore power also. Then you KNOW there's no 12 volt power going to anything in the coach.

Okay all. We’ve tried the suggestions below but now the screen comes on and then goes blank. We’ve tried this multiple times. Any suggestions, we are kind of in the middle of no where but we are connected to 30 amp power

I had a similar problem: BM pro screen alternates with black screen. None of the recycling measures helped. I took the controller tablet out. It is a cheap, old, 7 inch android. I was finally able to recharge it using a mini USB-A power port. After many hours the screen showed 100% charge. While connected to power all functions return to normal. When I disconnected from power and turned it off, then turned it back on, the battery was almost totally drained. I understand the life of these batteries is only a few years. It is interesting that this system runs Android 8.1.0 which has not been supported by Google since 2018. These are obviously very old units and should never have been placed in my 2020 Thor Gemini. It would be easy to replace the tablet if I could find a new one. But all new ones have a USB-C connector for power in a different position so it is not analogous.and would require extensive rewiring.
A lot of information and issues with this unit have been discussed on the Jayco owners forums. I understand they can send a whole replacement unit but the cost is anywhere from $500-$700 from what these people have mentioned. Ridiculous.

I told them my temp did not set correctly and sent a new controller free. 2020 thor vegas

Most likely the battery in your BMPro tablet/screen went bad. Happened to mine, when I left the camper on over the summer it constantly keeps the tablet charging which kills the battery over time.
Complain to Thor and they may send you a new unit, and/or change the battery inside (needs to be soldered in). Sorry this hit you on the road.

My 2022 Sequence BMPro unit’s RV Master app controls ie water pump, lights, etc are visible (grayed out) but not functioning. The control buttons and mini LED panel on the bottom are not functioning either. I’ve tried unplugging the unit but the problem persists. Ideas?
