Chateau 24C slide out wiper seal - help please

We discovered a leak under the slide out which ruined the floor. The floor has been replaced and we need to replace the wiper seal at the bottom of the slide. We had a guy come out to do it and he botched it so badly we couldn't close the slide after he left! We are trying to figure out how to fix it ourselves. We can order the seal from Thor for $75.00 plus at least $200.00 shipping. That seems excessive, don't you think? We have tried to get help but everyone asks for a picture. The problem? The repair guy took the original seal so we can't get a picture of it! If anyone has this model, could you take photos of your bottom wiper seal and send them to me? Alternatively, does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

My seals were replaced 100% under warranty .

Thanks for taking the time to send this photo. I really appreciate it. It certainly looks similar to ours but we don't have it anymore so it's hard to tell. Our motorhome is a 2015 - no longer under warranty.

The repair guy took your seal? Did you tell him he could have it? If not I would be hounding the guy to at a minimum to return your parts. Phone calls, voice mails, e mails, Facebook, small claims court, Judge Judy, whatever recourse available to try and get some satisfaction from a guy you say botched the job. To many of these types of guys get away with stiffing the public and nobody wants to hassle with holding them to account!
