Furnace fan or AC fan?

If it is the furnace fan (blowing through floor registers) did you have a heavy rain that may have caused the furnace circuit board to get wet?

Pull the furnace cover off the side of the coach. See how the louvers are positioned and that will give an indication of possible water entry.

Correct me if I'm wrong, didn't you have your coach struck by lightning? To stop the fan you can also pull the fuse located on the side of the bed.

Did you ever find a solution this issue? I just opened everything up for the first trip of the season. When I turn on the battery, it makes an endless clicking noise, then when you fire up the furnace fan, it won't turn off. 2015 Thor Freedom Elite 28H
