I have the same unit as you. It is under the bed behind the converter and panel. There is an access panel under the mattress. It should be labeled "Not a storage area". It's easier to get to if the slide is extended.

Assuming we are talking the solenoid related to use/store switch - with unit unplugged from shore power - when switch is in USE - coach 12v lights should be ON - and when it is in STORE - coach 12v lights should be OFF..
You should hear an audible click which pressing the switch ONE TIME in each direction. (If you press USE twice in succession - you won't hear the click the second time...)

If you mean something else - please clarify.

Solenoid. If no click, there is a 5 amp in line fuse hanging off the side of the solenoid. Blows from time to time. It did on my 2015 and my 2017 29fe.

will this problem with the solenoid cause my backup camera, interior lights not to work off the battery?

My solenoid was located behind the fuse and breaker box next the fridge and there was a relay breaker under a bottom drawer between breaker box and sink I pressed the the button back in and every thing worked

Possibly. The radio is powered by the house battery, so may be the camera too.

There's another solenoid you could mean.... for the e-start / BIRD charging system. On my 31L, that one is under the hood, near the brake master cylinder. Yours is likely in the same spot.
