You gotta get it all the way down to the bottom
In doing so it resets
So, keep trying to lower until you reach a flat level bottom on both sides
Then raise to the top.
I have found that just lowering 6-8Ē, then raising...eventually screws it up and in order to fix I must lower it to the bottom level position, then raise to top & itís fine again.
Apparently the system isnít set up for partial lowering & raising.
AND...keep pressing the switch for a few seconds after it reaches fully-up and fully-down. Same for slides. That allows the motors to resynchronize. As others have said, always allow the bed and/or slides to travel their full length. Don't start/stop/start/stop... That knocks the motors out of synch.
