Bedroom slide leak in 2016 35.1 Palazzo

Hello - we have a 2016 35.1 Palazzo and are wondering if anyone out there has had a problem with rainwater leaking into the bedroom slide. Ours has basically leaked since we drove it off the lot and while we don't expect that water could never get in, it has always been A LOT of water, as in it will run past the bed and down the hall if we don't catch it in time. So while still under warranty, we took it to Lazy Days in FL. Initially, they replaced the bottom seal since the original one appeared to be too small but during the next heavy rain, tons of water came pouring in underneath the nightstand and puddled in the floor below the closet (which Lora stepped in when she got out of bed). We took it back and they inspected the slide, added sealant, put it in their rain bay to test it and told us there was no leak during the test. Alas, it still leaks. We've done tons of troubleshooting of our own, like taping off the seals before heavy downpours. None of that worked. Eventually, we came to believe that as long as we were perfectly level, there was no leak at all. We were wrong about that because even though we stopped seeing water puddle on the floor, it was getting underneath the linoleum and as a result we have a soft spot in the floor. At this point, we just keep the slide closed during rain to protect the floor from any further damage until we can figure out how the water is getting in. We're thinking our next step is to replace all the seals but would love to hear if anyone else has dealt with this problem and may have any words of advice. Thanks so much in advance.

We have the same issue with the main slide (extended or retracted) on our 2018 Palazzo when it rains heavily and the coach is on the leveling jacks. I retract the jacks so it leans forward and to the slide side when it rains. The slide opens and closes fully and evenly and the seals all seam good. I haven't figured out a solution yet.
