Best Body Sealant Type (not a Dicor Question ...)

So, whatever sealant the factor used on the body in 2019 appears to not hold up very well outdoors (imagine that). See my examples below. Would anyone have guidance as to what's best used, or to do differently, in these areas? I'd assume Dicor, but what made the factory not make that decision?

1) Whatever they used on the front cap (seems to be silicone, but sticky) gets very dirty & is almost impossible to clean. Ideas??

2) On the roof (of all places), where the cap(s) meet the runner membrane, looks like silicone was used? Instead of Dicor? Whatever it is, its turned hard & yellow in the sun.

Ideas for what? What Thor used? How to clean it? Or with what to replace it?

Not sure the best way to clean silicone.

I use Spray-9 for some of our tougher black streaks. I go back over it with soap & a good rinse before it has time to dry. It hasn't hurt the gel coat & gets things clean.

I have also used Spray-9 on our plastic hand rail on our sticks & bricks deck & it works great, getting rid of mold & mildew.

It might be worth a try for the mold. I don't think it's gonna help the yellowing of the silicone though.

Oh, that's not mold .. it's pure road grime stuck to the sticky silicone sealant (assuming silicone).

Mine is the same, same look. I going to peel the soft goop they used out it’s filthy. I suspect a slow leak here as well with heavy rains. Ill seal with flex seal caulk a tan color.
