Black tank blade valve

2018 Freedom Elite. When I come down our fairly steep gravel driveway and pull onto the road the black tank blade just barely hits the gravel. Just the very corner of it scrapes the gravel. Can I loosen the 4 nuts & bolts & rotate the valve just a bit? If I can do that I don’t think I’ll have a clearance issue. I want to make sure before doing it and ending causing a leak😁

Doesn't the handle spin on it's shaft?

Yes it does but the handle isn’t what’s hitting. It’s the very corner of the valve body.

If it won't rotate, just cut that corner of the valve back.
There is nothing inside it of any value.
Open it up and take a look.

If you have enough room between the valve and tank you can cut the pipe, rotate the valve with a coupler and glue it back together.
Something like this.
