Bleed leveling system

Hydraulic hose broke and lost all my fluid. Have replaced hose And ready to fill hydraulic tank. I believe the system is self bleeding but does anyone know the procedure to go through? Thanks

I had a broken hose in FL last winter. Didn't have the right tools so had to get a mobile tech to work on ours. Once hose was replaced and he filled the reservoir (jacks were up) then had me completely extend then retract the jacks after which he topped off the reservoir. Again he had me completely extend and retract the jacks after which he checked the reservoir which was ok. Finally he had me Auto level the coach and then retract a few times after which he topped off the reservoir. Haven't had to add any fluid since and they are working well. I have since bought a set of fitting wrenches to keep in the mh. Most of the bill was for the time it took the tech to go and have the hose made. I have been considering having a few hoses made up if I can figure out what lengths I might need. Ours let go at the fitting, blew right out of the crimp. Hope the info helps.

One of the better ways to be prepared is to get a short length of hose, several feet, and a couple of connectors that thread on

that way you can repair it in the field and replace it later if you can even access it

I had no idea there was any such thing as thread on connectors for hydraulic lines. I was under the impression you needed to crimp any connectors???
