Bottom of Basement Storage Area Buckling

I am hoping someone else has a same or similar model to my Four Winds 22E. Part of the bottom of the storage area is a thin plastic bin. Mine is only supported by two lag screws marked in the photo by the red arrows. I would expect it also to be supported where I have drawn red circles.

It has started to pull inward where there is a gap between the plastic bin and the floor of the remaining area and I can see through the gap to the road. Is this normal or did they just leave out the lag screws at the factory?

Our new Chateau has the same kind of storage. And, yes, there are lag bolts under the edge of the floor where your red circles are.

Thanks for taking the time to look and to reply. I really appreciate it. I guess that I will either have the dealer install the lag bolts or do it myself.

I have a 2018 22e: I have 2 bolts on either side on the inside and 1 bolt in the center inside.
But you should also have exterior brackets.
from underneath there is 2 brackets on each side, 4 in total
