Onan QG 4000 bolt question

So my generator would not start. Pulled the access cover and found a bolt laying in the pan. Turns out it was this bolt circled in blue in the pic here. I dunno what you would call that..throttle body? Anyways, got the bolt back in, and the generator runs fine now. Problem is I assume there is another bolt on the other side, but I have no idea how to get to it. I am fairly sure it is loose, as with the one bolt out, I could move the whole assembly up and down a bit. Any ideas would be welcome.

That's an intake manifold bolt and yes, there should be 2, the other one is deeper in on the other side of the manifold at the same level. It may actually be a nut on a stud. It's very difficult to get to but you can with a thin wrench and it DOES need to be tight.

Yeah, it is a nut on a stud. Hopefully I can get a wrench in there, but I will look into it more when it's not freezing outside.

Got to look at this again today due to the nice weather. The other stud has apparently backed out quite a bit. I attempted to tighten it with some needle nose, but it seems like they are just slipping. It seems like it has backed out as much as it can, as with the needle nose, I can move it slightly to the right, but not the left. I feel like it needs to go more to the right, but the space is very tight to work in. I can barely make out the nut on the left, or at least the bottom of it. Really have no idea what to do next.

Here is a pic which shows the other stud. Had to brighten it a bit to make it visible.

Google thin wrenches.
Link to Amazoom and others pop up. Thin wrench sets are available in standard and metric for under $30.
I have a set from many many moons ago when I turned wrenches for a living. Don't use often but they do come in handy.

Might be time to remove the manifold and reinstall the stud with some red loctite and double-nutting the stud.

Sorry, guess I wasn't clear about the pic. The red circled area is the stud I am trying to get at. It has backed out so far that all I can see is the smooth part of the stud. The nut is off to the left behind that metal bit, so I am unable to really even see it, much less get a wrench on it.
