2017 Axis 25.2. I was looking at the top of the slide after retracting it and noticed a wooden rail attached to the back wall above the slide. It looks to have a gasket over it or something plastic (?). I've made a really crappy video that goes from right to left. You can see the ends are split and the center is broken. Already notified Thor as warranty is up in 10 days.
Hard to replace? Would prefer to do myself but not sure what I'm getting into. Thought to replace with oak or maple. Looks to be a 1x2. The trim frame inside presses against this rail when the slide is out.

Second picture shows end that is split. Clearly seen if you can enlarge it other end is also split.
