THOR Axis fuse problem

The 12 volt/cigarette lighter in my Axis quit working. I tried to find the fuse for it but could not find it. I checked under the hood, in the outside compartment under the drivers seat, under the dash and in the inside fuse panel.
Any help finding the fuse is greatly appreciated.

fuse is in the fuse box under the hood. on the 25.2 is on the right side.
my fuse also blew, dealer found that the factory had miswired it.

For the Axis, I think you'll find it in the outside compartment under the driver. It's F17 and labeled "Power Point".
