Bumps on the cabin floor

Hi all,
It is about my 2018 Thor Vegas 27.7, I recently discovered that there are 2 areas in the cabin by the driver's seat came up a bunch of "bumps" that appears to be something under the vinyl tile us popping out.

I only use the moyorhome occasionally, and therefor not sure when dud it started in what condition.

I wonder if someone else had the similar case? What could that be and how to resolve it?

Please refer to the attached images, the 1st picture is on the floor on the right side of driver seat, the 2nd picture is on the floor on the behind the driver seat.

Thanks,

Staples and screws coming up through the vinyl.. Unfortunately, you are not the first to experience this. Some have had the issue in a 6 month old RV.

Thanks Ted,
Is that mean to pill the floor vinyl off, redo the screws and replace them with the new vinyl?
What's the harm to the integrity if just leave that alone?

You could get creative with your repair. Cut the sheet vinyl along the imprinted lines and open up the area. Remove or knock down whatever the bump is and then glue down the vinyl. Someone that doesn't know what you did will probably not see your repair.

Similar to these will deaden sound, feel nice, hide your bumps with no need to remove current floor covering .

That is interesting. So the nail or whatever are not keep on popong up higher?
I could probably take the other suggestion of cutting up the vinyl to get the floor secured, and use thus pad on the final layer.
Thanks
