Question a/c not cold on 2022 Tellaro 22A

We purchased a new Tellaro 20A and I think the Air Conditioner is not cooling. We get good fan speed pushing air out - but feels like only air - maybe cool - but not cold. There is a long wait for repairs locally and I hope there is something I can do myself to fix.

Take it to an auto A/C shop and have them check it - no wait there.

I am yielding to the advice to go to AC shop based on what you have provided.

At the same time you state a desire to do it yourself but provide very little info or context to your problem?

i.e.
Has it always been this way, or was it cold BEFORE and hot now?
Have you measured the actual temperature coming out? Is it 70, 60, 50, 40 degrees?
What is outside temp, and how long did you wait?
Did you eyeball the sensor on the fins in the evaporator coil?

Those are some DIY items, but an AC Shop/ Pro can tell you what you need to know in 5 minutes.

It is always a good idea to run your a/c on max setting. This recycles the air inside the rv instead of drawing air in from the outside. Try putting the selector on max and turn the fan speed to medium and stick a thermometer in one of the air vents and see how cold it is before doing anything else. Run system for about 15 to 20 minutes and take note of starting and ending temps with controls set as previously mentioned. I think if your system is operating properly and you did not have your a/c set on max you will be pleasantly surprised by the temp difference. Good luck

OP is not too interested in solutions. He hasn't returned to the Forum since he posted that question.

Smile Air Cnditioner

Thanks to all - I gave in and took Tellaro to Camping World. They ordered parts and are waiting for them to come in. 2 weeks so far and no word. I think I'll have to be the "squeaky wheel" to get them moving on it.

Also - sorry for being away so long. I'm new at this and didn't realize how many are out there to help! For the record - I'm a "she" not a "he".
