Clean dark caulk help

Have a new class c motorhome. Right away, the white caulking on the outside is dirty from road dust. Suggestions on best way to clean and keep white?

When on the road I use WD40 to detail my rig
Spray a spot onto a towel/rag, wipes away the dirt on the calking

If you use WD-40: be sure to wipe it all up once you're done.
If it starts drying: it can get "gummy"...

I tried WD-40 and Mineral Spirits. Mineral Spririts seem to work the best.
